Google’s External Tool defaults to Broad Match type while Micro Niche Finder defaults to Exact Match Type. In Micro Niche Finder you can select the Match Type right above the Phrase column. In Google’s External Tool you can select Exact Match from the Match Type box near the bottom left of the page.
Note: We default to Exact Match instead of Broad Match because we feel Exact Match gives a more accurate count for a particular niche.
